They were at 800 franchises and growing by 200 new franchises a year when they began to “feel some pain” with their current vendor. They started looking at companies who could possibly replace the incumbent’s online ordering platform. They needed a powerful and intuitive program. Our customer is a fairly complex business with many users and customization needed for all that goes into a grand opening—from full-color window clings to A-frame signs, banners and sneeze guards.
The incumbent had built huge stores of products to reduce unit prices. We changed all of that over to print-on demand to accommodate brand and design changes. The changeover took place in one weekend. Our Elements solution easily accommodated all 1,300 users and 1,300 SKUs. In the first month of the program a huge kitting and fulfillment project was fulfilled.
Today, our customer is one of the top 5 fastest-growing chain restaurants in the U.S. and expects to open 300 new stores this year.
