Celebrity Homes is the largest new-home builder in the state of Nebraska. In Celebrity’s new-home communities, agents staff model homes to show prospective buyers home options and afterwards enter their contact and home preference information into a spreadsheet for marketing use. The builder was spending valuable advertising dollars to attract prospects to the models and wanted to make sure prospect data was being used in the most effective way. The customer sought a single solution to house prospect data and facilitate ongoing communication with this valuable audience.
