Reg E Opt-In

The Curtis 1000 Reg E Opt-in program is a flexible program built around segmentation and education of your customer base in order to secure the highest number of opt-ins and protect your important fee income.

Curtis 1000’s program uses a multi-channel direct marketing approach to reach your customers in multiple ways. You will have access to compliant verbiage to use in contact letters, postcards and emails. You will also have the ability to encourage your customers to respond by mail, through a static URL with a variable code, or through a personalized URL that integrates with your customer account information.

Choose the Opt-In Program that best fits your needs—Gold, Silver, or Bronze:


Bronze Package
Allow recipients to opt in online, using a randomly generated code.

This package gives you a campaign URL such as www.EagleTrust.OptIn.com. When the recipient visits the URL they will be prompted to enter the unique code from their letter or email, which will send them through to the next page. On this opt-in page they can fill in their name, address, phone and email address, plus the last 4 digits of the account in which they wish to opt in. Your customer will be sent a confirmation email and you will be notified that the recipient has opted in and received their confirmation and right to revoke. Basic results reporting is included in the Bronze Package.

Silver Package
Add a personalized URL to the campaign.

This package adds a personalized URL (purl) such as JoanSmith/EagleTrustoptin.com to the campaign. Every page within the purl will be personalized to the recipient, and we can also integrate account information. Instead of the recipient entering the account number, the last four digits of any eligible accounts would be displayed on the screen. The recipient can choose the accounts in which they wish to opt in. You would receive the full reporting suite which would tell you who visited, how long they stayed, whether or not they took action and whether they clicked through to your website. Basic results reporting is included in the Silver Package.

Gold Package
Add a personalized URL to the campaign and full dashboard results.

This package adds a personalized URL (purl) such as JoanSmith/EagleTrustoptin.com to the campaign. We offer a cover letter to help you set the stage with your customers, to explain why they are being contacted and why opting-in is important to them. Click here for the cover letter

We also have an email that could be sent in place of any of the printed material. Click here to see the email communication.

Form 9A is the Fed-approved opt-in form. The top of the mail piece explains what overdraft protection is and why they are being contacted. The bottom of the form is perforated so it can be filled out and sent back in an enclosed business reply envelope. This form can be set up to allow the recipient to write in their account numbers, we can image a partial account number or they can bring the form into a branch location to fill it out in person. We offer two follow-up letters to help encourage recipients to ask for more information or make an opt-in choice prior to the deadline. Click here for follow-up letter and here for the follow-up final notice.

Similar to the letter, our follow-up postcard is a reminder to customers that they have not yet opted in and tells them how to get more information if needed. Click here for the follow-up postcard.

Our confirmation letter or postcard would be sent to the customer by mail after they have opted in. These pieces will confirm their opt-in status and give them clear instructions on how to revoke the opt-in if they would like.
